Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Business Web Center provides business-management tools for approved customer workspaces. This policy explains how the platform handles account and business data.
Information we store
We store the information needed to operate your workspace, such as account details, business and branch details, invoices, expenses, inventory, payroll records, schedules, and customer feedback.
How information is used
Your data is used to provide the services you request, keep records connected across your workspace, protect accounts, provide customer support, and improve reliability.
Access and separation
Business records are separated by customer workspace and branch. Authorized staff may access only the business areas assigned to them. Platform administrators may access records only when needed for support, security, account administration, or legal obligations.
Security
We use authenticated access and database access controls designed to limit access to authorized users. No online service can promise absolute security, so account owners should use strong passwords and remove access for former staff promptly.
Retention and deletion
Records remain available while a workspace is active, subject to operational and legal requirements. Account owners can request support for account or data deletion. Deleting a business transaction may affect connected reports and balances.
Questions
