Terms of Service
Effective date: August 4, 2026
These terms govern use of Business Web Center by approved business customers and their authorized staff.
Accounts and approval
Access is available only after the platform administrator approves a business account. Account owners are responsible for their staff, passwords, branch access, and the accuracy of information entered into the system.
Subscriptions and access period
Plans, branch limits, and access periods are set by the platform administrator. Access may be placed on hold when an agreed access period ends, a payment is overdue, or misuse requires investigation. Business records remain retained according to the applicable account arrangement.
Business records
Invoices, expenses, payroll, inventory, cash controls, schedules, and reports are business-management records. You must review information before relying on it for tax, employment, legal, accounting, or financial decisions. Professional advice may be required for your situation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another business's data, share accounts improperly, upload harmful content, disrupt the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, and third-party services can occasionally affect availability. Important records should be reviewed regularly and exported when needed.
Changes and support
We may improve features, security, and these terms over time. For account questions or support, contact the Business Web Center administrator using the support details provided during your account setup.
